Climate change poses multiple threats to the current and future health of forests, and the complexity of many interacting variables make adaptation to climate impacts challenging.  The Fortuin lab contributes to various collaborative projects investigating the interactions of climate effects and forest health, and investigating management solutions which contribute to long-term sustainability and improved carbon sequestration.
